It is strongly advised that all bathrooms are well ventilated by using a suitable
extraction fan. Please refer to your nearest bathroom specialist for detailed advice.
The information contained in this brochure is correct at the time of going to press.
However, under our policy of improvement we reserve the right to alter materials
or specification in line with our continuing programme of product and service
development.

Guarantee on Utopia Products
Please refer to each product section for guarantees.
The terms of our guarantee are as follows:-

1 The guarantee only applies to products which:

1.1 are installed in accordance with the fitting instructions supplied with the
product for domestic use in a bathroom fitted with a suitable extraction fan; and

1.2 where the product is a cistern or a tap, it is fitted in accordance with
current local and national water regulations; and

1.3 where the product is a Utopia Solid Surface, it has been stored flat at
normal room temperature prior to installation.

2 In the unlikely event that a product supplied by Utopia Bathroom Group, to which
this guarantee applies, fails within the guaranteed period from the date of purchase,
Utopia Bathroom Group will supply the customer with a free replacement for the
part of the product that has failed, if such failure arises in Utopia Bathroom Group’s
reasonable opinion from defects in manufacture or quality of materials and notice in
writing giving details of the defects about which there is a complaint is given to Utopia
Bathroom Group. The replacement part supplied will be the nearest equivalent to the
failed part available in the Utopia Bathroom Group range at the date the replacement
is supplied. Liability is limited to individual products and does not cover consequential
loss or damage. The customer will be required to pay for the cost of installation of
the replacement part. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

3 The provisions of this guarantee do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

4 The Utopia Bathroom Group guarantee is limited to the original purchaser and
cannot be transferred, this includes the purchasing of ex-display items.

5 To obtain replacement parts in accordance with the provisions of this guarantee
, please contact the retailer who originally supplied the products.

6 The guarantee only applies to products which are cared for and cleaned in
accordance with Utopia Bathroom Group care and maintenance instructions.

Fitted Bathroom Furniture
Although designed for bathroom use, as with all products, fitted furniture will
deteriorate through excessive water spillage or condensation. It is strongly advised
that all bathrooms are well ventillated using a suitable extraction fan.

All electrical components are unsuitable for zones 0, 1 & 2 installation. If in any doubt,
please consult a qualified electrician.
There is a five year guarantee on fitted bathroom furniture.
Utopia fitted bathroom furniture is manufactured in the UK.

Solid Surface Worktops
Due to the nature of Utopia Bathroom Group’s hand finished, Solid Surface worktops,
manufactured to your bespoke dimensions, we strongly recommend that you check
the measurements of your worktop very carefully. Once your order is placed, it may
not be possible to amend the dimensions and your order will be chargeable.

There is a five year guarantee on solid surface worktops.

YOU™ Modular Furniture
All wall mounted units and basins are supplied as standard with hanging brackets.
Please note it is the installer’s responsibility to obtain fixings that are suitable for the
unit to be installed against either a solid or a studded wall.

All electrical components are unsuitable for zones 0, 1 & 2 installation. If in any doubt,
please consult a qualified electrician.

There is a five year guarantee on YOU™ modular furniture.
YOU™ modular furniture is manufactured in the UK.

Gelcast Products
The Gelcast dimensions stated have a tolerance of 2%.
There is a five year guarantee on Gelcast products.

Baths
All baths are supplied undrilled.
All baths are manufactured from high quality 5mm cell cast acrylic and are fully
reinforced.

There is a five year guarantee on all baths supplied by the Utopia Bathroom Group
against manufacturing defects. Any defect must be reported prior to installation
commencing.

Shower Screens
There is a five year guarantee on shower screens supplied by Utopia Bathroom
Group against manufacturing defects.

Sanitaryware
It is the responsibility of the individual installer to ensure that these products are
fitted correctly and in line with the instructions provided. Failure to comply with the
recommended fitting instructions will invalidate the guarantee.

When installing a Utopia wall hung pan please ensure that appropriate fixings are used
or alternatively a suitable framework. When purchasing the wall hung pan on its own
Utopia Bathroom Group do not supply any fixings.

The sanitaryware dimensions stated have a tolerance of 2%.

There is a lifetime guarantee on all sanitaryware products supplied by Utopia
Bathroom Group against manufacturing defects.

Concealed Cisterns
There is a two year guarantee on concealed cisterns supplied by Utopia Bathroom
Group against manufacturing defects. It is the responsibility of the individual installer
to ensure that these products are fitted correctly and in line with the instructions
provided. Failure to comply with the recommended fitting instructions will invalidate
the guarantee.

Brassware
The Paleto range of brassware operates at both high and low pressure up to a
maximum of 3 bar.
Amante and Paleto products are covered by a five year guarantee against manufacturer
defects, as long as normal plumbing installation practices have been observed.


Timber and Veneer Doors and Fascias
When installing a timber bathroom into a new property or extension we strongly
advise the building is dry, well ventilated and adequately heated.
In the production of solid timber and veneered doors and fascias, great care is
taken in the selection of material. However, being a “living” natural product it
is not possible, nor do we feel desirable, to strive for total uniformity of shading
and grain pattern. Our aim is at all times to operate with controlled parameters
which recognise that some variation is both acceptable and aesthetically pleasing.
There is a 5 year guarantee on all timber and veneer doors and fascias against
manufacturing defects.

Granite and Marble Worktops
Both Granite and Marble are natural products; the variation in their composition,
colour and pattern are an accepted characteristic of their appeal and value. Due
to the bespoke nature of this product we strongly recommend that you check
the measurements of your worktop very carefully as once your order has been
placed the worktop will be chargeable. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
